To ensure your move out goes smoothly, please do the following:
- Give BAPM your 30-day written notice (use our Notice to Vacate form)
- (Optional) Schedule a Pre Move-out Inspection. The purpose of this inspection is to allow you the opportunity to correct any deficiencies in the unit in order to avoid certain deductions from your security deposit.
- Leave the property empty and clean (use our detailed move-out checklist)
- Return ALL Keys to the Bay Area Property Management office
- Give BAPM your forwarding address (complete form)
